Adopted! Wes has been adopted to a wonderful family here in our town of Penn Valley. He is now living on 12 acres with cows, chickens, dogs, peacocks and soon to be a buddy gelding. He will have a wonderful life with he new loving family.
Take a look at this handsome guy! Westley (“Wes”) is a 17-year-old Quarter Horse Paint gelding. 15.2 hh So friendly, gentle, easy, trusting. Very talented in both arena, liberty and trails. English and Western. Wes is very responsive and moves easily off body position and leg pressure. Gentle with children, comfortable with other horses, dogs, cats, goats.
Great for bathing, hops right in trailer...he is up for just about anything. Up to date on vaccinations, float, farrier. He is shod in front due to some slight navicular in front right, however he doesn't seem to be uncomfortable with Equioxx and light riding. We trail rode him middle of May and he was perfect! Moved right along...confident, strong and healthy.
He is also on 1/2 Prascend for low level Cushings, but shows no symptoms or signs of sluggishness. He is a bright and happy boy.
