Gideon – 14-Year-Old Quarter Horse, 15.2 hh

 

Gideon is a big, gorgeous horse with a heart to match. He excels in hand with leading, ground games, and liberty work. Calm and easygoing, he stands for farrier visits, trailers well, and is safe around other horses and pre-teens.

 

Riding Note:
Gideon came from livestock training but is currently not enjoying being ridden. He has shown unpredictable bolting under saddle. While a very experienced rider might explore why (possible ulcers, back pain, or other causes), he is best suited as a loving companion at this time.
