Adopted on Nov. 26! Thank you to Yvonne for bringing this sweet girl into your heart and home. Savannah joins one of our other rescue mares, Cherry Pie, on 15 acres in Loma Rica. She will live her days roaming and grazing with Cherry Pie and the goats and dogs and receiving much love and attention. Savannah will also be loved by many of Yvonne's equine therapy clients. She could not be a better horse to help heal and ground her human friends.
15yo Paint mare. Companion . THE sweetest horse you will ever meet. She is a like a Golden Retriever in a horse costume. She is in your pocket, head resting on your shoulder, walking with you. I am sure she would curl up in your lap if you let her. Loves to be doted upon. Great with kids. She is companion only due to a right hip injury from long ago. Or maybe a birth defect. But, it doesn't bother her and she will be the best friend you ever had. She even helps hold the mucking rake for you. :)
